Please call us at (714) 771-5700 to schedule an appointment. Your first visit with us is usually the longest and we leave the most time in our schedule for it. Please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes early for your first visit to complete the necessary registration forms. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay or co-insurance – with either a charge card or cash is always the easiest. We may ask to take your picture during this visit for a chart copy.
Your first visit will include an interview, examination, and discussion time. We may not provide a firm opinion on the first visit. It may be necessary to conduct laboratory or radiology tests before a diagnosis or treatment recommendation can be given. This may take several visits. The results of your tests may be complicated which is why we review them face-to-face instead of on the phone.
You are welcome to have family or friends accompany you to your appointment however, we will not discuss your condition unless you are present or provide us with specific authorization to do so.
